Wheekly Tales from the Timothy Bin Vol 6

Be careful Momo. My boys slept like that too, then tore the grid down and went berserk.
It was clear that Emma wasted no time and resumed her KILLING MODE when the grids came down.
She must had been watching me play Yakuza.

- I GAVE, dammit!
Oh yikes. Is Beibei ok?
I was really hoping this would work out for everyone. Do you think they could live next door to Emma? Does she go into kill mode at just the smell of Tamago?

Well Momo, you know what they say about letting children watch you play violent video games. LOL Perhaps you should make them watch the Sound of Music.

Don't worry, nobody was hurt.
I feel so loved while watching that video, Beibei put her trust in me and know I am there. :)
We have gone back to our Beibei-Tamago configuration.
I think the meeting with Emma has reinstalled Tamago's fear of God. :)
Some people have written to ask about the size of holes on the kiwi tiles.
Here is a close up of the gaps, perfect squares with no narrow edges to catch the toes.
The rectangular bumps you see throughout the tiles are actually mini cushions, so their feetsies are cushioned.

- Celebrate!!!
Hey, would you like me to add your last pic to the bedding page? Here? https://www.guinealynx.info/bedding_other.html
Maybe I should wait until I have more feedback.

- Got Pigs?
Great video Momo.
DId I hear some where someone mention "Urgent Care"? What did I miss?

I wonder if instead of carefresh you could put a towel underneath instead.

Mapleowl18, I am sure it would work, but I am too lazy to add towels to the laundry list so I use disposable bedding.
I do use towels for their *living* area though, but that is more to make them comfy and warm instead. :)
So last Friday, under the influences of cough syrup and way too many honey drops, we had the crazy idea of trying Tamago with Emma.
Now, let me just start by saying anytime when cold medicine is involved, tsk tsk tsk.
But on the other hand, look at this sweet face, what can go wrong? Eh?
I mean we already have 3 girls who want to kill each other, how much worse can it get?
We have long known in our hearts we would never see Kum-Ba-Ya in our house, but all we are shooting for is civility.
And since we were going to bath Emma and Tamago, we felt it was the perfect time to finish our common guinea pig care
routine project. After a quick check of our insurances, a call to my parents to let them know how much I love them, I made an
offering to the guinea pig god and got down to work.
First up was bathing Emma and Tamago.
I love this blurry picture. While Ben was tending to and drying Emma off, it was Tamago’s turn.
McChompChomp was focused on her the whole time.
McChompChpmp wasted no time voicing her displeasure.
She saw Tamago…
She was already chattering and sputtering while getting a blow dry.
And of course, our very smart omelet made sure she was in a safe place, underneath a towel where
...McChompChomp can’t … chomp her!
Our afternoon went on with weighing,..
Ivomec dosing,..
A nail trim
And lastly,…. A hair cut!
Let’s not forget the uh.. eh…
*cough*
How does Emma feel about all this so far…?
*mumbling* Just wait till y’all go to bed!
Do not worry, McChompChomp was *generously* rewarded for her valiant effort and getting her weight, butt hair and belly side
all over the internet!
Well, I honestly think it is still a tad more dignified than Tiggy’s blood kidney! :p
This is Emma’s signature trick. You pat your leg and say “puppy”, she will paw at your leg for treats.
But when she paws up your legs, … you betta have her treat ready!
Then she takes it, without leaving your foot and start nomming.
A word of advice, don’t you dare to move while she is nomming her yumyums!
And there she is, pawing up a box for treats.
What can we conclude from this afternoon…?
Upon meeting Emma, it has put the fear of God back into Tamago, and she now realizes that having a rommie like Beibei
isn’t all that bad.
I mean… she can do much much worse…
So now, they live *peacefully* upstairs, together again
Each minding their own business...
Last night, while watching TV, I had McChompChomp out with me.
After a few minutes, buji poked me and told me to look down…
Emma fell asleep in my lap, legs kicked out, eyes closed…
Maybe,… just maybe… hoomans are not that bad after all!
Have a lovely weekend everyone.
Please take a moment on Sunday (05/23) to remember our Meimei, who has left our home but not our hearts for 3 years.
Meimei… you will ALWAYS be my favorite.
Mommy miss you very very much, will always be thankful for once having you in my life...

How could it be three years already?
I still remember everything from that Wednesday afternoon.
I remember all the places I called, all the poeple I called.
I remember Kathy sitting here, I remember I was drinking cranberry juice.
I remember how angry I was, not being able to tell Ben on the phone the news...
I remember the towel I wrapped her with, the way I put her into the fridge for her necropsy...
I do use towels for their *living* area though, but that is more to make them comfy and warm instead. :)
