Ha ha, yup, it's hard work don't you know, as everything has to be re-sniffed and re-inspected.

Never mind snug as a bug in a rug, it should be snug as a happy pig! :')

I have two very grumpy girls today. Not only did I clean and rearrange the cage on them, but I had the audacity to give them a bath!
I'll try & post a photo later, when I don't have a small human child attached to me.

As promised, here is a photo of a sulky Princess. She did not enjoy her spa day a few weeks ago.

I think she's forgiven us however. We were away for the long weekend (friend's pig-sat for us), and Princess did some popcorning for us when we came home today! This despite now being a middle-aged piggy wig who hardly ever popcorns anymore!

I know, I know! It has been months! I just wanted to share how *good* Princess & Rosie are looking.
The last set of treatments for ovarian cysts for Rosie really seemed to take, and we have not had issues since. She's still plump, but not bloaty.
Princess has gotten so much hair back! Lookit!

Image

The munchkin is fascinated by them. She's been signing 'guinea pig' for a while, and recently has started to verbalize 'pig' when she signs it. Here is a meeting of minds

Image

They aren't terribly sure about this tiny human, but so far, she's been very careful to use her gentle hands.
*As a safety note, the reason that last picture looks so close to the action is that I was so very close to the action, with one hand ready to intercede as quickly as possible.

Princess and Rosie are looking well. Princess has certainly had a spurt in her fur re-growth ... well done.

She is distinctly less sheep looking. I'm so proud of them & their good recent health :)
