Redundancy

Sadly I was made redundant, me and the piggies all had to relocate to Glasgow.

I love the picture of them sharing the grass! Such gorgeous pigs and obviously very happy and loved.
I watched the vid. Are you JoanneG from the GP forum? I tend not to post on the forums much but I read sometimes.
I got my Honey, Rosie and Maisie from Hels and Hannah and Ellie (now Peppermint Patty and Milly Molly Mandy) from Logiebear and I'm In Glasgow too!
Good to see you and your pigs and looking forward to hearing more of your story.

AWWW! I love the last pic. I also like the one with Fred at the top of the cage. It looks like he's saying, "I AM THE KING!"

Meet Patrick....

Image

Now I'm going to fast forward somewhat... He is our newest arrival. He has been living with us since the 2nd of May 2010. I must say he is a character.

This evening, well I was sitting in my room... I was treated to the guinea pig song.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dc4F31NYUUU

The first time I've ever heard a Guinea Pig Chirp and I was able to record it :). It was so lovely!

I shall rewind again... in my next update :).

My newest arrival as you can see is Patrick, he set our little piggy domain into overdrive.

I decided that Pebbles needed her own man, as she was becoming increasingly left out. Me and Pebbles together (paw in hand) went and met some older batchelors, that were doomed for a life of solitude, as they were too old too be neutered and had failed to bond with a baby boar.

We did only need to meet 2 though, We met MArs first who I absolutely adored, but I wasn't living with him and he wasn't my husband. Him and Pebbles didn't hit it off infact he was totally not interested in her!

Next up was PAtrick, who was a NO from me *blushes*. Good job Pebbles isn't Shallow. Her and Patrick hit it off immediately and Patrick absolutely adores her. He can't stand to be apart, even during the introduction Pebbles was grooming Patrick, and he was grooming her. I couldn't not bring him home!!

I now have 2 very happy pairs.

Which obviously ment a new cage...

So we went from...

We had some initial problems well Wilma did I found she didn't like the top cage but once moved she was back to her normal self, and no one was upset by the separation thankfully, that was a big worry for me!
