Awesome. If only I could afford a flight across the pond for a parrotea party!

Oh, Mildred - I hate to miss it. Can you video some of it and post on YouTube?

When the technology is a LITTLE better, we can do it digitally!

Hey, my middle name is Ellen. Is that for me?

A German woman with whom I lived said the women in the British royal family dressed like parrots. Maybe you could dress like them?

We can certainly take some video (our broadband is SO slow though, so we will just take beak-fulls at a time)!

I am having a very, very exciting day today. First off I went for a walk! It was AMAZING. I saw and heard all these big, black crow-y looking birds, they were SO noisy and I can do their sounds already! Crooooow, crooooow!

Image

Next up, I almost had a bath - WITH MY MUM IN THE BATH! (I can't show you a photo, I am far too much of a modest parrot for that).

But I can show you what came next! Only a parcel - for ME Wowwwwooooo!

Look, it's got my name and address on and everything!

Image

Even better is, it's full of super-chew-uppable paper!

Image

It's everywhere!

Image

You will have to excuse me, I'm just a bit busy now!

Crow noises? Oh my!

Is that a book to the left of the second picture? Does Jessica get a story time?

Hehe! Clairey, you eagle-eyed book-spotter! I DO have quite. Library of books building up, a new delivery came today actually. And just you wait until I show you what it is!

:-)

Can't wait! Her address label reminded me of Hogwarts trying to get letters to Harry Potter! Hut on the sea and whatnot.

Never mind Pizzas-of-8 and all that malarkey, while you have been skylarking about I've finished my chew-uppable-paper duties and LOOK! There are things IN my parcel!

Image

Along with some very tasty looking, colourful cardboard bits. Looks like some Very Important and Highly Complicated Instructions.

I'll get to work digesting them and report back tomorrow.

I'm not suggesting anything in particular, but two of our Zoo parrots are absolutely crazy about carabiners. They each have several of their own and will also unhook any attached to zookeepers who weren't properly warned. When Jessica finishes those fabulous new toys, you could see what she thinks of some shiny metal clips!

I love a foot full of carabiners, AldenM1! They make such a jolly rattle! Say 'hello' to your zoo-parrots.

Here's a link to a video of me in manufactory-mode. I am making jigsaw puzzles ready for my new business empire!

Jessie looks so darn happy! And somehow I missed the red tail - it's hard to miss it in the clip though!
