How bad is this?

No, I haven't tried a nebulizer. I don't have one, and I don't know anybody with asthma.
The good news is that if the pneumonia has cleared on Tuesday, then we're done with the whole a/b situation (I think?). But it's quite possible that the heart meds or lasix need adjusting, since we just started those on Wednesday at pretty low doses.
I had a dreadful moment last night when I thought I'd mixed up the lasix and enalapril dose and given poor Spot ten times too much elanapril. The bottles are exactly the same, and one is kept in the fridge and the other one on the counter! I need to put a big red dot on the elanapril so I don't accidentally overdose. He gets 5 different syringes of meds morning and night, and I can't risk having one of my many senior moments when I'm measuring them out!
Spot didn't even eat his wheatgrass this morning, so I have to think the baytril is catching up with him?

A nebulizer can be used to administer antibiotics useful for respiratory infections. Find a link on this page:

Yes, very worrisome if he's not eating wheat grass. I guess I would be tempted to quit the antibiotics.

I would be careul about stopping the Doxy too soon, especially if he still has symptoms---I think I stopped it too soon with Ginger back in the beginning, and she relapsed.
When Cookie was intolerant of Baytril, those were her signs as well.
The culture indicated that Baytril was the only safe AB to take care of the problem. We ended up doing injections for the bare minimum amount of time to clear up the infection. If we hadn't, she would have not made it.
This is such a tough situation. I hope Josephine or Pinta can help you out.

My dilemma is whether to continue with both the baytril and the doxy until we see from the x-rays what's going on. The vet did say last week that just with the doxy alone, the lungs sounded clearer, but we hadn't had an x-ray done until that point.
He advised me to use both a/bs and reduce the baytril if I saw signs of intolerance, but from what I was reading about intolerance on this site, that's not necessarily the best course of action. It's 3 days until we see the vet again.
The vet can't get a culture, since there's nothing to culture, so we're running a bit blind here. I'm inclined to continue with the doxy and stop the baytril, but I can certainly continue with both until we see the x-ray and continue forcefeeding every 4 hours until then.
I just gave him his acidopholus, and realized that the breathing does sound significantly better than it was earlier this week.
I had so wanted this boy to be well by Christmas - that's what I asked Santa for this year :-)

Oh no. I didn't know that.Enacard can also have side effects one being anerexia
I'm starting to feel a little overwhelmed now. If I stop everything, and he gets worse, I won't know which drug he needs the most. By the time I've added everything back in, it could be too late.
Perhaps it would be better to stop the various medications one by one, rather than stopping them all and adding them back in. That way I can start with the baytril?
Phone the vet and tell him you want to stop the Baytril. I wouldn't reduce the dose, I'd just stop it and stick with the Doxy.
I don't have any experience with Enacard since I use Fortekor(Lotensin, Benzapril(?)) It is available in the U.S. I suggest you ask your vet to source it out for you. It is the newer better version of Enacard.
I have never had a pig have a bad reaction to Fortekor and I've had a lot of pigs on it. Currently I have 4 pigs on Fortekor.
You'll have to keep up the hanfdfeeding and add some poop soup to boost the gut flora.
