What's strange is that she already seems to be using the one leg a little better already! Would the vitamin B shot make that much of a difference?

It certainly could. The B complex is essential to nerve and nervous system function. A shot will also make them feel noticeably better very quickly.

That is fantastic news. I was on B6 for my neurological problem. Hopefully, she will continue to improve. I wonder if improved diet will help, or if she has a B processing problem and will need to continue to be supplimented.

She's moving around more, and getting the better foot underneath her more, but still tends to drag the right leg. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I've been scattering her goodies around so that she has to move more.

Until or unless she evidences pain, I think it's a good idea. The more she moves, the more she will be able to.

Today she even sat with both her back legs underneath her, instead of dragging behind.

I'm amazed at how fast Piglet is recovering. It is really good news. Such tough little girl. She just needed some TLC and B.

Update on Piglet--

When we got back from our vacation we gave Piglet a cagemate. She began to move around more, and now you wouldn't even know she had ever had trouble walking.

However, she must still have some nerve damage. She must dribble urine or something, because she's always wet and gets that scale on her back legs. I was cleaning her off and massaging some coconut oil into the area yesterday and she had a seizure.

She's had seizure-like episodes when she first came here. It seems to happen when she's being handled and is very upset.
