Skinny pig help!!!!

Hi!! I bought 2 skinnies from a coworker who was sold a pregnant skinny and wanted to give them an amazing home.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I feed them lettuce, peppers, cucumber, (seeds cut), carrots, apples, strawberries (couple times a week) we have changed bedding because we thought that was a problem, changed hay, switched up their little diet, but my baby girl has a bunch of dry patches on her!! I have 2, my one is fine and only has a couple but they are just little dry patches that are easily fixed after a coconut oil bath. My other girl however has scratched it to no end. I polysporn her, I had mild steroid cream for my eczema, I don't know what to do and it's scary because I love them sooooooooooo much!
They are just over 2 months old, all activity has stayed the same. Still active, killing, vocal, etc. We have searched for fleas/tics. And I have had ringworm before and it doesn't look like it at all either.

Do you have any pictures? If you have some nice crisp clear pics, I could put them up.

It is possible there are mites, too. You didn't mention ivermectin or Revolution.

Go easy on any fruits. Look over www.guinealynx.info/diet.html and www.guinealynx.info/fave.html

Consider a fungal issue (might be fungal but not ringworm).

Sounds like mites to me, which you can treat yourself if they're over 350 grams. If not, you'll have to see a vet for kitten Revolution. Treat both of them while you're at it.

I do not see any mites and I have checked them over multiple times. It does not look like the pictures of a fungal infection it just looks like dry skin. They are just babies as I said so doubt they will weigh more than that. I feed them fruit once a week and carrots twice a week. I'm not sure show to post pictures on here.

Mites are microscopic. You cannot see them. Read over:

You can't see mites with the naked eye. Not only are they microscopic, but they burrow under the skin.

Sorry I am new to this site and it's very hard to understand. Can't seem to figure out how to attach photos but how can I treat this in the most natural way? I do not like chemicals.

Natural treatments are also chemicals. Everything in the world is a chemical. What you may not realize is that if you're using a "natural" treatment, you don't know how much of the active substance you're getting, because it may depend on when in the life cycle of the plant it's harvested. Also, with "unnatural" chemicals, the dosages have been tested and the active ingredient is pure and has been measured.

That said, there's no "natural" treatment for mites that I know of.

Yes, a pic of the skin issue would definitely help.

By coconut bath, do you mean you gave her a bath with some kind of coconut shampoo, or slathered her skin with oil, or what?

I wouldn't use any antibiotic or steroid cream on her that she could lick off and get sick from. You need to find out the cause of what you are trying to treat. It is possible to just be dry skin.

For what it's worth, in 17 years of keeping Skinnies, I have never had to treat any for lice or mites, but I have had a couple with ringworm in the past.

We haven't given her a water bath yet because we read you shouldn't water bath babies all too often. We just put coconut oil on and rub off the dead skin.
I did my research on my cream and it's nothing harmful to ingest. I do care about my piggies and love them and wouldn't want to put them in danger.
I really wish I knew how to post pictures, if someone could inbox me an email or something so I can send pic would be great. It looks like human eczema.
She is scratching herself so badly it bleeds but it really doesn't look like anything I have googled or got links for.
