So I've had my new guinea jack for a week now and Ringo and him seemed to be getting along fine. When I woke up this morning Jack's right eye had been completely pulled of fur and he had blood on him, on his cheek. I have separate the cage with grid bars so not to remove them completely from one another. While I'm awake they show absolutely no signs of hostility. Ringo has even ceased humping jack when together. Should I keep the cage seperation or should I let them be together? I read if you had found blood drawn to separate immediately. They sit next to each other with the bars in-between no issues. As well as no issues when I'm awake. Should I just seperation them with the bars at night or should I keep them separate for a week and try again?

You need to keep all your medical threads on this guinea pig together on one thread.
