It doesn't dissolve. You can mix it in with a slurry of pellets or veggies and syringe it to him.

Did you give it an hour or so after feeding? Giving it when there's food in the stomach rather than when it's empty may affect how he reacts.

Also, how much did you give? A pig would need very little of a human-sized dose of probiotic. Can you get Bene-Bac where you are?

Owh no wonder, i was missing it with water and it feel weird. I end up using poop soup for today after the antibiotics.

I give him 2 hours after the antibiotics, his poop still look normal but the quantity and size is keep on decrease, so i think he lose more appetite, now he refuse all food.

I mix the whole capsule into 8cc water and fed him 2cc of the mixture, is it too much? I think i can order it online but is it better than poop soup and also human’s probiotic?

I think of the probiotic being fairly unlikely to cause bloat but do not know for a fact that it might contribute.

Sounds like it is better to just sprinkle a small amount on wet vegetables and not try to premix it with water. I am guessing premixing it might initiate a degradation process so other doses would not be as effective. Giving a probiotic is not an exact science.

I just bring him go for xray yesterday as i realise he got blood urine around 3-4 times in few days time.

He is so bloated and the doc said the solid white things near bladder/large intestine look weird as it doesn’t look like bladder stone to him as the colour and position, he can’t get a clear bladder outline too so it’s like 50/50 that it is something weird or bladder stone.

I submitted a photo, is anyone here is experience fot guinea pig bladder stone.

It does look like one pretty large stone and a second smaller one. I'll add your xrays here so you can comment on them if you wish:

I did get a second opinion from another vet that mainly treat exotic animals via email, she said it most likely would be ureter stone. Fatal if both sides, but not recommend me for surgery with his age and condition right now. He had a severe bloat and hopefully it will get better with metoclopromide.
This morning he did urine once on the towel which show no sign of blood, his poop still small and sometime with mucus.

Surgery to remove a stone from a ureter has a very poor prognosis in guinea pigs, even if the guinea pig is in otherwise good condition.

If he were my elderly pig and had a confirmed ureter stone, I'd have him euthanized. They're very painful, and the backup of urine to that kidney will destroy it eventually. It's not an easy way to go.

On the stones page, there is an xray showing a string of stones in a ureter. At fist I didn't think this is the right location for these stones but I could certainly be wrong. One seems too high up and the other, perhaps too large, though it is in a location that possibly could be the ureter.
