I give

I think my sow, Brittany, might be pregnant from when she was at the breeders (before I adopted her). I really can´t afford to take care of 3-5 more piggies, but I have a huge heart for GP´s, and will if I have to. Why do people breed Gp´s? There are so many nice piggies without good homes. If I need to place some of the babies, how do you do it responsibly????

Brittany is getting so round at her sides. I´m pretty sure she´s expecting and she´s only 2 months old. Is this dangerous?????

It is tough on young pigs because they are still growing. But many young pigs actually can successfully give birth.

Just provide her with a good diet (perhaps some extra alfalfa -- cubes or hay), fresh vegs, perhaps some extra vitamin C. You´ll get ideas for placing or keeping the pigs as time goes on. Good luck!
