Sure. He is a Broken.

I will look to see if there is a pic of Tajie, too. I do want to use him since he is two dilute colors, which are less common.

Looka here Jo, use any you like

I made those of Navin and Taj that are at the top, but if they are too washed out or something, I will wait until tomorrow and I have better/different sunlight.

Thanks for all your hard work with this!

I had Navin on my mind, the Agouti boy is Kai, sorry.

Well good then, I do not feel bad that I always want to call Taj lilac and beige!

You are right, Navin was white.

So, Tajjie is beige and orange and not lilac and orange?

Ummm... Dunno right now. Have to see what the concensus is! I always had trouble with those two colors!

My dial-up is really lagging, so it is taking up to 10 minutes for a single post. Will have to come back to this later before I demolish the computer in some sort of rage!

Awww, yes, rshevin. It still counts. I love the face in the last one.

BL, I would go with lilac, then. Maybe you can find pics in different lighting. I know I've seen some great ones. Wasn't he in a GL calendar?

My goodness, Kaomi looks like two pompoms stuck together. What a cutie!
Yes She is a wonderful guinea pig!

I am happy We have found this shelter because many people started adopting abandoned guinea pigs like Kaomi!

They also do "lapins (spl?) express", that means They bring pigs to your town (if You don't live in milan!).
Wonderful Briciolona. I knew YOU were against breeding but you never know about other people. :-)
You did the right thing underlining the breeding problem!:-)

I always tell my friends not to breed guinea pigs.

I always explain them why it is not recommended. If your love your guinea pigs You know what to do!

Briciolona, Abby is adorable! I have to admit, a few of those pics of her look like a toupee sitting on a table waiting for the bald head it belongs to. hahahaha!!!
This is what I always think when I look at her!:-)
Briciolona, from those new pics you posted, Abby really looks like a Peruvian!
Perhaps You are right!I thought She was a sheba mini yak because of the lenght of her hair. Not as long as a peruvian guinea pig.

Unfortunately I didn't take good pics of Abby when She was younger to check how many rosettes there were!

And now I am not good at understing so much of her fur!

I think natural light pics are best. I really like the yellow flower (daisy?) one as far as his expression and the tone of the colors.

Today is overcast, so its perfect light. Not too bright.

Here are 2 that show the two colors nicely.

He reminds me of that black pig that has the white around her mouth and eyes. I never really noticed it was a different color (seeming) until Snoreflank made his tiny clay doppleganger and she put white around his eyes, nose and mouth! I guess I just thought it was the different way the light hit the lying flat hairs as opposed to the straight on hairs.

Mmmmm, Taj pictures. Nice highlight job. I never noticed that before. The poops do add that touch of realism.
