I have a guinea pig on his own he is very happy but up until now I've been using sawdust. I know that this is not the best bedding to use so can anyone tell me what else I could use
Thank you

Have you looked over bedding.html?

Lots of people use fleece too.

I used to use wood chips years ago, but my current pigs came with fleece, so we've stuck with that. I do a nightly sweep with a small dustpan and broom and wash the fleece and under layer once a week (I have a spare, so I swap out). It's worked out rather well.

You can DIY fleece but if you are willing to spend the extra cash I’ve noticed piggybedspreads hold more urine and less hair sticks to it. I highly recommend them if you’re not a DIY person. I have been told WindeSpirits (please correct me if it’s misspelled) has great fleece as well. You can probably find some on Etsy too :)
I personally love fleece bedding. It’s cleaner, cheaper and really cute
