My boar pulls himself along with his front legs as his rear legs don't support him . He is not able to mount other cavies. I have heard that it's possible that his leg situation might be temporary. Has anyone heard of this condition and if so can you mention what you know about it?

It could be from an injury, or it could be a vitamin C deficiency.
What exactly do you feed him? What brand of pellets, and how many? Which veggies, and how much of each?

Has he seen a vet? Be sure to keep all your posts on this boar on this topic. Avoid starting new topics in the medical forum.

I think he needs a vet. That is not normal.

I'm going to move this to the medical forum (didn't realize it was in Cavy Chat).
