Yesterday one of Elmrya's friends was over. She wanted to hold a pig so I chose Gus. He's the best 'pigbassador' right now.

Friend said, "Does it bite?"

Elmyra said, "No, that's Gopher."

Friend said, "Is it a boy or a girl?"

I said, "They're all boy pigs."

Friend, who was holding pig on her lap said seriously, "I should have known. It's kind of obvious."

Ah, the mouthes of babes.

That's hysterical -- I laughed out loud at work.

B-lynn sez people ask about the sex of her boys.

That is cute. Maybe I should get myself a "pigassador". : )

I am not sure why, no one ever wants to hold our little Meimei when they come over...?!?

Sure they do Momo that why she gets upset when anyone even thinks of holding Mojo first.

Is Gus the one formerly known as "light red?" He's quite the actor.

Gus was "light red" aka Mustard, if you talk to Elmyra. He USED to be pocket-sized. Now he's a chub.

Last night I startled Gopher when I went to feed them, and he slid off the top of his house where he'd been resting/lurking. Then he came round the side of the house trying to act like he meant to do that.

Go boneless or fall off houses?

Both.

He goes boneless when you cut his toenails (or even TOUCH his feet) and slides off the top of the pigloo. He is not the brightest pig I've ever owned, but he has the good sense not to try it too often.
