Try microwaving the pellets. Are you using Oxbow or KM? I found that Oxbow could be nuked for 30 seconds and be almost perfect, but KMs need to soak for a while (like, at least 30 minutes) and then be nuked for 60 seconds.
Are you adding anything for flavor? Baby food, natural applesauce, 100% fruit/veggie juice, Odwalla juice, canned pumpkin? You can experiment and see if she likes anything. Einy liked the organic Gerber baby foods especially, like the apple mango kiwi and the other one with mangoes, the strawberry, and the blueberry. He didn't like squash much, but Patrick, Erin's lethal, loved butternut squash. Flavorings should be a small amount, but they can really help a pig who hates her slurry or CC. Try something she normally likes, whether it's apples, strawberries, carrots, etc. You can get all kinds of crazy juice combinations nowadays, so if she goes crazy for cherries, get some cherry Juicy Juice and stir in a little.
The only part of the incision that reminds me of Suzi's incision is the area around the top stain. That seems a little bit wider than the rest of the incision. Although it could just be blood matted in the hair, which is okay and nothing to worry about. The rest of it looks pretty good.
Lynx, of course you can add the photos.

Sure you can add the photos. I'll try to get more once more healing goes on and there's a visible difference. For the record that photo is taken 6 days post-op. I'd like a link too because it's nice to have photos to compare against.
I'm using oxbow. I have adult and baby pellets here, just in case she'd eat any of them. They're soaking now for the last feeding, I'll try to microwave them a bit too. I've added Odwalla juice, Piggie loved this stuff, Henry does not. She seems to not like fruits in general - no love for cantaloupe, watermelon, or apples really.
She really loves dill. I saw some dill spread/paste in the veggie section. Could I use that? I guess I could also quite easily chop up some dill, it's very fine anyway. I'll attempt that tonight too.

DaCourt's vegetable puree
Add dill.
Also try Odwalla carrot juice (the pure carrot juice, no fruit added). Ours go nuts over the stuff.

I just did the dill. Took it really well actually.
But now I'm really annoyed. The results of the histology came back. Negative. There was nothing abnormal found in the uterus. Nothing. I would really like to see this ultrasound they looked at because I just put my pig through a spay for no reason whatsoever. This Red Bank experience has really soured me.
I asked here where the blood in the urine came from then. She doesn't have a clear answer for me. Asked why she's suddenly crying while pooping. She doesn't know. I asked her about the gross ears situation. Dr. Brown saw gunk with the naked eye (I saw that too). Dr. Strunk used the tool to look into the ear and saw nothing. So the consensus is that there's nothing. No need for the chlor. No need for any of this. She said this is very abnormal and Henry isn't "playing by the rules".
Oh, so she's willing to admit that rules get broken? Like, some pigs DON'T tolerate drugs, perhaps?
I'm so upset I could strangle.
She's now pushing for the teeth. I'm not going back to the Red Bank vets after her Sunday recheck so they can forget about it. If she needs the teeth taken care of, I'll get a second and third opinion before I make a move.
I don't even know what to think now. Should I inform her that I'm mad as hell on Sunday? Should I just go, do the recheck and not go back? Should I admit that I took her off her med regimen without her knowledge?
Also if it wasn't uterus problems that were making her feel like crap, what was it? Was it really just the cipro she was on that made her stop eating? Did she just have a UTI and that was it?! What the...!? Someone calm me down and tell me I'm being irrational and I need to get a grip.

You're being completely rational, and you have every right to be purplefaced furious.
However, get a grip.
We've dealt with one vet here who is a brilliant surgeon, a lousy clinician, and with a large ego. Sound familiar?
If it were me I don't think I'd take her back to Red Bank at all. I'd make an appointment with Dr. Sedlacek for her recheck and ask him about where (if at all) to go from here with her teeth and/or any urinary tract problems she may (still) have.
Run that past GP Lover and see what she thinks. Hopefully she'll see your update, too.

Maybe I won't take her back. But when she see's I've cancelled, she will call and ask why. She called and asked why I cancelled my apointment last Sunday (where I was going to take her in for messyface). Should I be honest and say I'm being a grumpypants?
I liked Dr. Sedlaeck, but he doesn't know Henry. Not that he CAN'T know her, but god I wish Dr. Duggan wasn't out. She was so great, has all the information she needs, and would know if Henry's doing okay or not because she knows her and her history. This is just such a bad time to start with someone new. And I trust and love Dr. Duggan. I don't really know Dr. S yet so, while I'm sure he's awesome, I'm not in love with him and don't fully trust the guy. Nothing against him, just me being overly cautious. I'll email GP lover tomorrow. LOST is on soon. But yeah, I officailly boycott Red Bank. Capupebbles experience was so much better than mine.
Attempting to get a grip.

No, you be honest and tell her you're pissed as hell that 1) your animal underwent major surgery for apparently, absolutely no good reason (to the tune of $1500); 2) she apparently won't educate herself well enough to look on VIN and note that there is such a thing as antibiotic intolerance, and 3) you don't trust her further than you can throw her right now, nor anyone in their building.
Then you can lose your grip. How's that?
:-)

I agree that spays will ward off future ovarian cysts (in all cases but Suzi's), pyometra, and uterine cancer.
But I am really appalled that Red Bank has charged you so much and given you so little. An unnecessary spay, questionable aftercare, and vets who don't confer with each other are not what you deserve for paying an arm and two legs. I honestly think Henry would have even been better off with Dr. $tuart, and he probably would have charged you only half as much.
