Going rate for pig sitting?

- OH MY!
Are they all in 1 cage?
If so, and since you're taking them to the sitter's house and supplying all the necessary supplies, I would say $10/day is sufficient.
If you need her to provide veggies, I'd do $15/day.

I definately agree that you want some agreement between you/the sitter/the vet about emergencies.
My rescue does pigsitting for $5/per day for every 2 pigs. We provide hay, veggies and cage if necessary. We also do $6/day if we provide pellets on top of those other 2 things.
We have a contract similar to many dog/cat petsitters and just modified it to meet guinea pig needs.
All money goes into our operating fund to keep our rescue going.
