"I'm not convinced that it is larger--I think it is possible that in the older pic we were seeing a non-spherical stone end-on, and in the newer pic we are seeing it from the side."

That's what it looks like to me, too. Seriously, and not false-comfort or wishful thinking.

It also looks like it could have flip-flopped and shifted to a more vertical position.

Good thoughts for Henry being sent.

Henry has passed some light sand-like grit over the past couple of days, and has begun taking his medicine without being burritoed. He looks like he feels pretty good.

We're still on and sticking with the Vetprofen and Actigall regimen. He seems to do better if we give him the Vetprofen first, and then the Actigall a couple of hours later followed by dinner.

So, it's kind of a holding pattern, but he's comfortable, happy, and apparently pretty darn healthy, all things considered.

We will, but probably not for a couple of weeks at least. We'll keep him on the Vetprofen and Actigall regimen as long as he stays stable, comfortable, and healthy--and, thankfully, he is all three right now.

What a trooper he is! To be in such good spirits despite the big stone, and being 9!

I'm so hoping the actigall works as well.

Has anyone else noticed how different the urine smells after taking Actigal for a while?
