Hi all,
3 weeks ago a new piggy enter our lives as an addition to our two 2,5 year old males Racer and Romeo.
The background can be read here

We still haven't been able to decide on a suitable name for him, that would be Ok both in swedish, finnish and english. So for time beeing he is
Mini-Mannen (the little man in swedish) or Mini.
Finally last weekend the day had come to introduce Mini (0,6kg) to our much bonded Racer and Romeo (1,5kg each).
I had used the quarantine-weeks to read "boars behave badly" over and over again + all other introduction threads to prepare myself, but I must admitt that I was quite anxious.
1. The CC-cage:
The morning started with moving Racer and Romeo to our bathroom for floortime. Meanwhile I cleaned an rearranged the cage according to all rules.
2. The meetingplace:
I prepared the pen with all the necessarely of which the glass was not the least important
3. Put the piggies together
We then put all the pigs together in the pen. The reaction was quite interesting!
Racer could not care less that there was a new pig as long as Mini didin't come near him,
Romeo went crazy and became the boarly alphaboar.
For the next 1 hour he chased, mounted and pushed poor Mini around and Mini was running for his life.
Romeo even in his boarliness started to chase Racer, which was not appriciated.
Mini was also trying to hide in the hay, but as soon as he was moving Romeo was there
Here is a couple of Videos of the circus that went on in our kitchen
There were a few moments when I thought that my dear Mini would suffocate,
but I was all the time thinking of "don't interrupt if there is not blood drawn" I took wine instead!
The one to collaps after one hour was Romeo, right in the foodplate.
It's hard work living up to your name
4. In the cage
After two hours we put all three in the cage and Romeo started all over again.
Mom Romeo is insane can I move please?
5. Buddy bath
I just couldn't look at Mini running for his life again, so I decided to go for a buddy bath with Romeo and Mini.
After the drying up they where put back again, and guess what happened:
We are OK now mom
6. Next morning
We had a very quite night and everything was OK. Next morning at food time Romeo started to show some attitude again and I did something that you probably shoudn't do, but I took my spraybottle and sprayed some water on him .
After that he hasn't attempted anything with Mini one single time!
So we are now very happy with our tree buddies in one cage.
Everything went much smoother than I could ever have hoped for.
There's nothing that sharing food with your best friends
