There are 9 babies in the picture! The big pup is very fluffy, just turning 3 weeks, so he has to say goodbye to mom and aunties. Since 3 more pups were born in that herd overnight, maybe we CAN fit 3 more in the cuddle cup!

I sleep at the other end of the house! They are loud! The squabbling hormonal moms don't help matters any either. It is amazing to watch them nurse, or just snuggle each other's pups!

After we had the babies all settled in the cuddle cup, we got brave and decided their mamas needed to be in the picture too! We did have to use shredded carrot bribes to get moms to stay still. That plus several sets of hands. ;-)
I call it 4 moms, 9 pups!

Greta does have funky hair. The top of her head has one sort of rosette/sticking up part, and then a bit of a partial ridge on her back. Other than that pretty smooth.

It is quite a varied group, unless you look at all the babies piled in there. They all look related!

FYI to those who asked, I do weight the pigs often (weekly), the scale was at my mother-in-law's home last night. Avo weighed in at roughly 400 grams.
