Don’t feel bad for me, really… :)
When Beibei was diagnosed with a *growth* in September 2008, I truly thought she was going to go kaput tomorrow.
Look how many “tomorrow’s we have had already, a year and half’s.
Each day, we loved and cared for her, and y’all did the same along with us.
Now, let’s get down to our happy stories shall we?
It is true we have had a string of bad days this month, but today…. TODAY IS A GOOD DAY!
So it is another ordinary Friday morning here, doesn’t our stories always start this way?
Good morning mama…
I would be lying if I tell you I am not paying extra attention to Beibei.
So how are you feeling today my pretty baby?
”uh,… tad itchy?”
”… but otherwise I’m good.”
What about you Emma?
”ehn, same old McChompy merry self!
Tamago! Tamago, where you at?
”I think I hear yumyums..
I am comin’!!!”
Geesh you know, I hate to brag, but I think Beibei is doing really well today.
She even *played* with Tamago for a bit.
”nommm nommm nommmmmm”
Meanwhile, Emma was acting out of sorts today; I wonder what is bothering our McChompChomp?
”… Huston, we have a problem…”
”… This ain’t my Armando!
”Ehnnn… Must. Go. Look. For. Armando.
”Armandaooo…”
”ARMANDOOO…”
*muffled* “armandooo…”
*sniffles* ”Armandoooo…, where you at?...
This is what you get for buying batteries at the dollar store. The batteries go dead within a week’s use.
We had to replace the batteries in Armando so Emma McChompChomp can continue chasing him around the cage! :p
”Armandooo, you back!!!
”I couldn’t possibly have ate my breakfast not having you by my side. Let’s go eat!
Poor Armando, being chased all out of his Duracell….
When do I get to play with the running hammie?
Well, now all is sorted, Beibei has a beauty nap to catch up on.
I ain’t leaving Armando or his pink ball again…
I guess,…
After all, everything is just going to be fine here at Momo’s.
On a side note on Beibei.
I rarely come out so bluntly with my feelings, I was even a tad surprised I posted that letter that day.
We are doing our very best to care for her, make her comfy, taking a day at a time.
Doing things for her, and reminding ourselves to be prepared to let go… if she so chooses.
As you can see, today is a good day for her.
And pictures like these, makes all the hardwork, long nights and messy feedings all worth while.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Hee, a silly episode really.
Armando has to be taken out to get his batteries replaced. :p
Kitchen, you mean the cage kitchen or the floortime human kitchen?

Thank you for adding many smiles and laughter to my day.
Emma reminds me of another guinea pig we had. She would attack and guinea pig and any hand that was in her vicinity. But then we brought in one of those "Tyson Bean Baby " guinea pigs. She adored that. SHe was cuddle up with it and attack anyone who tried to take it away.

Ahh... the cage kitchen.
Now, that is a project that lissie(gl memeber) and I worked on for quite some time. It turned out quite differently then we first envisioned it, but after implementing it for 2 months now, I am loving it.
The system would take a few pictures to explain, because I am too lazy to describe them... :p
Give me a few days, I will take pictures and put it together for you.

Thanks Momo! I would very much appreciate it because I'm desperately trying to find a new cage system.
