Before we continue, we would have to rewind back to last weekend....
It started with a simple cage loft addition.
But since the pigs have to hang out in the kitchen while we slave away, why not throw in a bath?
Well, since we are bathing everyone, why not add a melt,... a nail trim,.. an ear cleaning,... a hair cut,....
Lookit my Emma, totally approving of the spa treatment...
Image
*cough cough*

You know, if she can scale that plexiglass wall, we really should have slept with BOTH eyes open!
Image

The same disapproval carries over to the cage arrangement as well,....
Even wee Tweety looked tense there!
Image

Never phased, McChompChomp was off to explore her cage.

Well, I guess we all know about Bernie' ramping-ness, well, he ain't ramping.
Image

Topaz, I am sorry I had to rush out earlier today, but I do remember your beautiful Diamond girl.
She was the STAR in my Secret Solstice hint bag.
And Lynx did such an extraordinary job on the drawing too.

I took everyone's suggestions on the ramp, ramping and ramperd, and had Lis (the coroplast queen) made us guardrails, extension and adjustment.
May I present to everyone Ramp 2.0.

Before long, lookit what happened.

What a brave little piggy, now everyone, a round of applause please!
Image
Our Bernie was running up and down in full force.
Image
And has no problem of worshiping at the foot of Orchard Grass Goddess Statue.
Image

Now, strictly speaking, it only took our Bernie a week to master the ramp,...
Remember the bet we had going in the house, well, sorry Buji, you lost, now pay up and go scrub mu kitchen!
Image

Remember how we once adopted Gallardo/da/ditta 2 years ago?
Well, we have once again adopted TWO more aquatic pets.
May I present to you, BenBen and MuiMui.
They are a pair of very bonded octopi, they love hanging out at Momo's Piggery, guarding our clay and glaze!
Image

Get ready for the big day - the grand opening of Momo's Piggery!
*(uh,... that is a banned word I guess...)

I'm so proud of Bernie. Glad he likes the ramp.

Thanks for saying "the coroplast queen" not "the coroplast hoarder" LOL

Yay Bernie!! He knew that the ramp was not safe for him to use without guardrails. What if Miss Emma had to hurry down the ramp while he was still on it?!

Miss Emma looks so pretty with the little curls around her face. :)

Momo, your clay-designing skills are amazing!

Actually, Bernie wasn't scared of the ramp. He didn't want to use it because he was....safety conscious?

when you said 2 new members joining your family, Momo, I thought you might be pregnant with twins!! *blush* lol.

Lovely octopus, you have such a cute artistic streak, Momo :)

I just realized that Mojo's pose in the painting is LITERALLY cheering on Bernie at the top of the ramp! Yay for Bernie!!
