This was Winnie when I first fostered her, she rarely ventured out of the fiddlesticks. Combination of extreme fear (she's still quite flighty) and being heavily pregnant. She looks big in this photo. It was another two weeks before she gave birth to 5 babies back in March...one of those was Chrissie^^
And I've probably posted this before, but Chrissie is so darned cute I have to post it again. This was back in April when she was about 6 weeks old.

Winnie is...a hefty lass. She's about 1.1kg. Chrissie is about the 850g mark. The three boys from that litter (3 boys, two girls) are between 1kg (Bowie) and 900g (Bach and Ziggy). Chrissie isn't an overly chunky pig, but when she lays down she tucks all her feet in and looks like a big chunk of pig :P
Re-run decided he was just too tired. He just rested his chin on the pellet dish, and chewed away lazily, while the dish held up his poor, poor heavy chin.

Meet my friend's piggies. They are adorable.
This is the baby. Percy is almost a year old but very small for his age. He's also a bit shy.
This is the object of Percy's affections, Old Ben. Ben is 7, and lets Percy climb all over him. Percy loves to snuggle into or on top of Ben, and Ben just lets him.
Next door lives Spencer
and last but not least, the lady of the house, Gertie.

I'm honoured to have had a sleep over with the gossip queen, twice now Wle. We had early Christmas at the weekend as they are away over actual Christmas.
I was very lucky. 2nd visit and both Gertie and Spencer had head scratches, and Ben gave me a cuddle. Little Percy is poorly and wouldn't take lettuce from my hand this time.
