If you're local, you might want to drop them an email and suggest they charge more than $10 for her. She doesn't look very big, and a price that low is an invitation to reptile owners.
Actually, posting an animal "for sale" on CL is a violation of their terms of service, so you could also flag it -- but that doesn't ultimately help the pig IMO.
