Not much change today. He was down an ounce or so tonight, so I gave him some CC.

I can't tell if he's acting odd, or if it's in my head.

Don't think the eye hurts, cause he scratches it. Maybe the Chloromphenicol is messing with his stomach? Beans look normal.

Happy Gotcha Day, Oliver!!

One year ago today, I picked up Oliver from the Animal Rescue League in Des Moines.

He stole my heart the moment I saw him sprawled out against the glass in the cage, feet kicked out behind him.

He looked at me like oh, you're finally here. It's about time you came to get me.

I knew he was the one for us.

I picked him up and never let him go. :')

As you can see, his napping style hasn't changed!

(bonus nap points for pulling the cuddle sac over for a pillow)

I love you my big squishy boy, and am so glad you picked us!! ;)

Happy adoption day to Oliver. He's such a handsome boy. He's pretty fortunate to have landed himself in such a wonderful home too. Just look at all the cage furnishings!

Aw, what a lucky (and smart!) boy. Knows what he needs to stay comfy and safe, including you as his slave!

(Hope Ace's eye continues to improve, too.)

I'm glad you found that gorgeous big squishy Oliver. How could I covet him otherwise?

WHIPLASH! Hi, all! If anyone around here still remembers me, I have life updates!!

It looks like last time this thread was updated, Ace was ill, and had had surgery - I ended up losing him to stones, which as many know here, are the worst.

Oliver did well as a lone pig for awhile, but that didn't last long. More to follow.

First things first. Spring of 2016, I dumped my absolutely good-for-nothing ex, and got a dog!

Rescue Dalmatian, meet Purdy!

Next, met my now-fiancé - wedding to come in November 2018! He also loves Purdy :)
