So another email to former Mom to bring up some thoughts and to offer for her to pass my name along as a "check-in" person. As mentioned in message, we have loads of hays/foods we can offer. This could be enticing enough to the teen to be interested in making the connection so we'll see.

Unfortunately no response as of yet. Former owner said originally, "she was not worried" about this girl. I have known many young people to be responsible and mature, hopefully she is as well and will take good care of him.
