Hey, sounds like you are signing up for volunteer work to me. I haven´t had a chance to design a good brochure. There is one on the front page of cavy cages, but, it needs work. Someone else did that for me.

All it takes is the time and committment to execute. All those things are on to do lists but not done. Volunteer time is needed to do it.

I just redid my own adoption flyer today. And have plans to put it on my site and beg people to print them out and post them all over.

Sorry, no can do. Been existing on 4 hour sleeps for a week. No time, and other projects/deadlines at hand.

Oh well. Your talents are always appreciated if you ever get the urge in between projects. Hopefully, when I get my other higher priority projects done too, I will get back to the brochures and other good projects. But with 60 pigs, not sure when that will be.

When I left 5 days ago, you were down to 52, Teresa.
60 now?

Seems I had been miscounting. Pigpal had a running tally in her head and she was insisting I was up to 60. I said, no way. Yesterday, I walked around, cage by cage and wrote down the numbers. Added it all up multiple times. Yup. 60.

There was a delivery crisis at PHS on Saturday. Took home the mom and surviving baby. Then Sunday, got a call from a someone that had adopted from me about a horrific story. Couldn´t say no. Any shelter would have put these pigs down as unadoptable. I took them. 3. So. 60. I seriously had to move furniture in the livingroom. It´s still a total disaster area.

I thought you were gone? Are back now?

I´m back in SF for 2 days.
Then I´m off to see the Jim-in-laws in Massachusetts for 9 days.
Then probably Bellevue for some R&R.
:-D

We´ll see you about adopting another pig in mid-July.
The two we babysat last week did pretty well with our two.
Some strutting but no stalking and fighting.
So there´s hope -- a mellow pig will probably fit in.

Very mellow mom and adorable baby in matching colors here! Peruvians. Very, very sweet. Want to be a mom?

I know, I know. Let´s see what´s available when mid-July rolls around.
No time to do introductions right now.

Jim and I are still sorry we had to return Missy to the orphanage.
