I shouldn’t have looked. I had to check our local shelter’s website to get some info on their TNR program. While there, I looked at the adoptable animals. They currently have two 5-year-old guinea pigs. It doesn't say, but I assume they are bonded. Guinea pigs usually go quickly at this shelter, but these may not due to their age. They are not in any danger; this shelter does not euthanize adoptable animals (they also don't do much screening). I don’t suppose anyone out there is looking for some older boys?
