Hi guys.
I recently updated the guinea pigs' home to a bigger, extended 16.5 square feet cage. My two boys needed the space and seem to enjoy having a bigger place to run, do zoomies and relax and chill for a bit without the other one and have some alone time. The only problem is that since the expansion they have started to hate floortime. One of them used to run around and jump popcorn around the room but he does not do it anymore. They cannot wait to get back in their big home. I want them to have some exercise but I am not sure what to do. I don't want them to have a bad experience during floortime but I also dont want them to spend all their time in the cage - even though now finally they have the space.

Lots of space in a cage is fun. You could swap things around and introduce different items after you clean it. Read over some of pigjes posts about her guinea pigs' environment.
If you have some special healthy treats the guinea pigs have to find in order to eat during floor time, I bet they will enjoy it more.
