Parsley and cilantro are no-brainers.
What other fresh herbs will your pigs eat? I have a ton of rosemary outside that only the bravest will taste. Most herbs are too pungent? Strong tasting? I have basil and sage in plenty right now, too.
Is it better to offer dried herbs?

Pigglies, are you sure it's anise? My local grocery store sells what they call anise, but it's really fennel.
