November 7

Well, it's been awhile since I've updated the Mo the Miracle Pig files.

All is well. My boy is up to 2.2lbs and has a great appetite. Over the last few weeks he's become much more vocal, wheeking when we open plastic bags within his earshot. Mo recently discovered a love for red seedless grapes, and wore a half as one as a hat momentarily, but flicked it away and ate it before I could get a picture.

With all the great Thanksgiving decorations coming out, I am going to photograph my pig in a cornacorpia and with a pilgrim's hat on. My students (8th graders) love to see pictures of Mo, and my grandparents are coming down for Thanksgiving and need a picture of their "grandbaby".

I never thought I could feel such love for such a small animal, but I certainly do. My life is better because Mo is in it.

There are times I look at our Guinea Pigs and they take my breathe away. I feel so much love for them.

I understand what you mean. There is a log of personality packed in their little bodies.

Glad to hear Mo is doing so well. It sounds like you two are soul mates.
