I have him with me, he looks fantastic and ate about 100 dandelion greens from Chas' yard. LOL

Dr. Faust did the surgery, Truffie.

What does your vet think the mass was? Was he going to get it checked out? Was there infection?

Hope he recovers great!

Unfortuntly, he was at lunch when I picked Pistachio up and wasn't able to ask. Cost was an issue, so I opted not to have the mass sent out.

I think he's doing awesome for this being same day as surgery.

I'm so thrilled to have my old vet back.

Poor little Pistachio. Just in time for the Talk Like a Pirate Day today! You just need to get him a little eye patch. Arrrrr.

Good healings, little buddy.

Erin, I forgot about Dr. Faust, it's been so long. Where is he located now? If you have an address, could you post it or email me through the mailer, so I can check Mapquest and see how far he is from me? Thanks!

He just started back with piggies on the 1st. It's been 2 years too long.

Thanks so much! Mapquest says 32 minutes; about the same as Barberton, but Metro is still closest. I'll have to check him out and see what I think.

I will definitely call him next time I need a pig vet (not in the near future, I hope). I know you really prefer him over "the other", so I'll give him a try. I really do like Dr. Selig - I get the impression Dr. Faust is a similar personality, but with more experience?
