OK here's to boys that get along and behave (most of the time)! Let's post in here how well behaved our boars can be.
Harry and Ron have gotten along fairly perfectly since day 1. They'll occasionally rumble and hump but I think that's more games than anything. They've NEVER fought. Ever. I'm very lucky!! They sleep side by side, eat together, run and popcorn. Or in Harry's case I kind of call it "play earthquake" since he rattles the whole cage.
I've got me some good boys!

Patches and Cody are two boars who are usually pretty good. I got them young and they were from the same litter...I was told. They will sleep together and popcorn together.
Patches is the more dominant one and usually rumblestrutts if Cody get near the pigloo he is in or the food bowl. However, lately Cody has started doing some rumblestrutting of his own! I have never seen blood or major fights. They pick on eachother sometimes, but that is about it. I am so lucky!

I demand pictures of snuggly boars! I know we have boys here who sleep in the same bed, eat together, and are generally adorable.

My first two boys, Duke & Earl were the perfect pair-Duke was definitely the boss, but Earl was ok with being the #2 pig. Never fought or as much as a rumble out of either one towards each other. Duke was the biggest pig I've seen and wasn't fat, just big-a tick over 4 lbs.! Awesome dudes-here's to ya guys-I still miss ya both!

It a little early for me to boast of having well-behaved boars as they're just about to turn 6 months old but so far they get along perfectly well. Alan is a benign leader and as long as Stephen bows to his occasional rumble and loses nose-offs he doesn't throw his weight around. Stephen has never rumbled back, he likes the easy life. Neither have shown any humping tendencies so far and *knocks on wood* no Bad Smells. They mainly keep to themselves (Stephen is a livewire - in fact he's lying exhausted finally, having had the zoomies for the last 20 minutes - and Alan lives to loaf), but if startled, Stephen hides behind Alan and they often wheek to each other when I take only one out so they definitely have some sort of bond.
I'm so glad I read that the boars always fighting thing is a myth before i got them otherwise I may have held out for sows and my little boys are sweet little treasures.
caveat - SO FAR! *knocks on wood again, just in case* ;)

Teddy Bear and Calvin (RIP) were male litter-mates who enjoyed each others company as long as Calvin was alive. They would bump noses occasionally throw an occasional prank on each other, but never fought with each other.

I have some pairs of boars who get along great too! These two have their nose-in-the-air matches on occasion. Now that Mordred (silkie) is FINALLY coming out of adolescence, I do see then sleeping near each other as well as eating hay together. I took these this morning.
