I heard back from Oxbow on the treats:

"Our Simple Rewards Veggie Treats contain approximately 0.7% calcium. It is important to note that these numbers are an average due to the natural fluctuations with the ingredients we use."

Their pellets say "Calcium (min) 0.35% - Calcium (max) 0.75%" so maybe the treats are slightly higher. I've stopped feeding them at any rate just to be sure. No mutiny so far.

Still seeing blood in Charlotte's urine. So frustrating. I see vet next week for 2 week post-op check.

Which kind of pellets had the "Calcium (min) 0.35% - Calcium (max) 0.75%"? The timothy ones or the alfalfa ones?

Those were the timothy ones: "Oxbow’s Essentials - Adult Guinea Pig Food."

Out of curiosity, I just checked the Organic and those say:
Calcium (min) 0.60%
Calcium (max) 0.90%

Garden Select Adult is:
Calcium (min) 0.35%
Calcium (max) 0.75%

Oxbow’s Essentials - Young Guinea Pig Food is:
Calcium (min) 0.60%
Calcium (max) 1.10%

Now Charlotte has a lump in her throat. I took her to the vet. He thinks it is CL or an abscess and wants to do surgery. I did read over the lump information in the Medical Guide. It does look like surgery is the way to go. Do you guys concur? The surgery estimate was $755.00. Do I need the culture/sensitivity ($78) and the histopath ($315)? This would be her third surgery since December as she had a spay after the stone removal due to continued blood in her urine.

I'd take the culture and sensitvity and decline the other.
