Well finally joined the 3 crates and put boys in them. First they were scared, then Jack and Jock did zoomies. Now Jack the runt is trying to mount everyone. It is always the small ones you have to keep an eye on.So far no major fights. Boys 12 weeks on Sunday 2 days time.

So today will clean boys old cage and put Justice in there, tomorrow will clean Justice's old cage and put Joan in it. Then join other 2 crates for Jet. Then I can relax and enjoy them!

Rat bags all 3 with zoomies, popcorning and if they fall over they give me the stink eye as if saying why did you push me. Not a brain between them I think. Some reason pictures are not showing. Worked last time. So confused. Jock the biggest and Jack the runt are trying to be top pig. Justine is using his brains and staying out of it all!

Yes, he has long ginger and white butt fur, a white paw and a little white dot on his neck. He is the biggest of the 3, but Jack is runt(white one) but he is not scared of big brother and he stands his ground. So far no fights just a lot of rumbling. Justine stays out of it! He is a smart cookie. Thanks Lynx and Bookfan.

Was wondering if anyone has had a piggy who whimpers for no reason? I was syringe feeding Jay when I heard it. I narrowed it down to Justine. I checked him over and all seemed OK. Much to his disgust I even cut claws(at 4.00am you'd think I was murdering him!). His brothers were down the other end no where near him.

I had look at ears, eyes, nose(as best as I could) I looked through fur no scabs or bite marks, no discharge any where. Everything I could think of was normal including tummy. he's eating and appears happy. It is really strange! Maybe he can smell the girls?

I know Jay let him have it! She is so spiteful to all piggies NOT that she spends any time with boys! Any suggestions much appreciated! No weight lost neither! Thanks in advance!

I think of digestive discomfort (can be minor and may go away) or some sort of pain that is transient.

Buprenorphine is an opiate that needs to be carefully dosed by your vet (they will know what they are doing) because it can zonk you out, from what I understand.
Miidazolam is, it looks like, in the same drug family and should help with anxiety.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midazolam
Midazolam, sold under the brand name Versed among others, is a benzodiazepine medication used for anesthesia and procedural sedation, and to treat severe agitation.[6] It works by inducing sleepiness, decreasing anxiety, and causing a loss of ability to create new memories.

I had to ask as they mainly see dogs, cats, farm animals and native animals, very few guinea pigs. Thanks Lynx! Is $389.00 for each piggy the ideal price?

I do not know what different procedures cost in the US and even less relating to different countries so you're on your own there.

Thanks Lynx. Have noticed the boys scratching a lot so thought I would treat incase of mites. I usually use Revolution. But when I type REVOLUTION in sometimes I get Neovela.

Now I am wondering if safe to use? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/35409791112 ... R7aikNP6YQ Tried Googling it safe for guinea pigs but all I got was cats. Thanks in advance.
